We are a service based brand and provide matrimonial services. Any of our package or service does not include any form of shipping or returns as services provided are purely online.

Once enrolled in a service package there is no cancellation.

No refund once payment is made.

All disputes subject to Gurgaon (Haryana) jurisdiction only. 

❖ GST will be charged extra on all packages. 

❖ No refund will be applicable in any circumstances. 

❖ All the disputes arising under the Privacy Policy shall be deal at Gurgaon Location in accordance with the mechanism stated in Terms of Usage under Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution clause. 

❖ Enrolment fees are separate from success fees will not be adjusted from them. 

❖ User can make payments using major Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking (Indian Banks Only) and by Check/Cheque/Draft payable in Indian banks only. 

❖ The Applicant/his or her representative shall have the right to verify the credentials/ facts of the proposed candidate.

❖ The company will not be responsible or liable for any information provided by the applicants and its consequences arising out of it.

❖ The Processing fee & registration refundable charges are non refundable under any circumstances.
